We came earlier, around noon and they gave us the room right then. The room is very modern, with high ceilings, very comfortable king size bed, huge shower, with pump out shampoo, body soap and body lotion. I needed a desk to work and that one room did not have it but they brought one up for me. We could use the A/C or open the window, which is nice when the nights are mild. Also, the toilet is separate with a door, which is convenient for 2 people. Also, I must mention the excellent and varied breakfast that we had, with a lot of healthy choices, really nice to have in the morning.

the room was spacious, including the bathroom...i booked the jacuzzi room and it is definitely large enough for two... the bed was king size...i didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised...my only complaint is that the reception desk was vacant when i arrived and as i had just gotten off a flight from london was extremely jet-lagged and simply wanted to check into my room...the clerk did finally show up

The staff was very helpful. They gave me extra water when I asked, they helped me solve a problem with my credit card by letting me use their phone to call my bank, they helped me with directions, and the breakfast was very good with great service.

Breakfast was amazing! So much food and all delicious. The rooms were very spacious and clean and comfortable. Convenient and central location. We were able to have a good rest during a busy and tiring trip!

Daily cleaning was lovely, air conditioner, showers and amenities including water and coffee was great. Location was very good, walking distance everywhere or a quick uber ride. Bed was very comfortable.
